Yes — free to download and use, no account required.
Which languages are supported?
The interface and narration are available in English and Chinese. Guides are generated in the language your app is set to.
Does it work offline?
Landmark recognition and guide generation need an internet connection. Voice narration is synthesized on your device, and saved guides can be replayed anytime.
What does it cover?
Recognition works on landmarks across China (and often beyond). Nearby discovery is built on China's top-rated (5A) scenic areas — around 370 of them.
What happens to my photos?
Photos are analyzed transiently and never stored on our servers. Location is processed entirely on your device. See the privacy policy for details.
Why can't I find it in the mainland China App Store?
LoreLens is currently distributed on the App Store outside mainland China (US, UK, EU, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia and more).
